Not right away. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, free and without leaving any payment details. During that period there is no subscription and no direct debit mandate. If you want to continue with Pro afterwards, you activate it yourself in your dashboard — do nothing and your account moves to Free automatically while your profile simply stays online.

Yes. Free has no trial period, no end date and no payment obligation. You do not need a credit card or bank details, and we will not ask for them later either. Your profile stays visible in the search results and you keep receiving leads and trial requests — bundled as a daily digest instead of instantly.

Niet. Een betaald abonnement is maandelijks opzegbaar — je behoudt je voordelen tot het einde van je lopende periode en daarna stopt het automatisch.

In the default "Recommended" view — where nearly every visitor starts — gyms on a paid plan (Pro and Pro+) appear first, then verified partners, then the rest. Within each group, the quality of your profile decides the order: ratings, completeness, response speed and how current your details are. If a visitor picks a sort order themselves (distance, price, rating), we respect it fully and the priority no longer applies — otherwise we would make "sort by rating" untrustworthy. So you pay for priority within relevance, never against it. We explain this to visitors alongside the results too.

Je betaalt per locatie. Heb je meerdere vestigingen, dan loopt de korting met je mee: 2–5 locaties 15% korting, 6–15 locaties 25%, en vanaf 15 locaties maken we een offerte op maat. Ketens krijgen bovendien één centraal dashboard en een eigen merk-hubpagina — neem hiervoor contact op.

Ja. Elke lead en proefles wordt altijd bij je afgeleverd — ook op Gratis. Het verschil is snelheid: op Gratis ontvang je ze gebundeld als dagelijkse digest, met Pro komen ze direct binnen zodat je binnen enkele minuten kunt reageren (wat de conversie sterk verhoogt).

Only the owner or a staff member of the gym. Every claim request is reviewed and manually approved by us before you can manage the profile — so visitors know the information comes from the gym itself.

Pro+ is for gyms that want to win their city. On top of everything in Pro you get: a featured position in your city's search results, the market-position benchmark (your price, review score, response time and profile views compared with the other gyms in your city — also in your monthly report), unlimited team members, CSV export of all your leads, and priority support: your questions go to the top of our queue.

Yes, and you do not have to pay for it. Place a verified dofollow link to your Sportlist profile on your own website and you keep Pro free for as long as that link stays up — we extend your Pro period at every monthly re-check. If you already have a paid subscription, you get a 50% discount through the Backlink Hub in your dashboard instead.
