Hoe lang zit ik vast aan een betaald abonnement?
Niet. Een betaald abonnement is maandelijks opzegbaar — je behoudt je voordelen tot het einde van je lopende periode en daarna stopt het automatisch.
Do I get my data back after cancellation?
Je profiel blijft bestaan, je leads-historie blijft toegankelijk in je dashboard. Betaalde features (extra fotogalerij, eigen CTA-tekst) worden bij downgrade automatisch leeggemaakt.
How does the higher position in search results work?
Betaalde sportscholen (Pro en Pro+) komen binnen elke sort-bucket (afstand, prijs, populariteit) bovenaan. Je betaalt niet voor positie tegen relevantie — je betaalt voor voorrang binnen relevante context.
Ik heb meerdere vestigingen — wat kost dat?
Je betaalt per locatie. Heb je meerdere vestigingen, dan loopt de korting met je mee: 2–5 locaties 15% korting, 6–15 locaties 25%, en vanaf 15 locaties maken we een offerte op maat. Ketens krijgen bovendien één centraal dashboard en een eigen merk-hubpagina — neem hiervoor contact op.
Krijg ik mijn lead ook als ik niet betaal?
Ja. Elke lead en proefles wordt altijd bij je afgeleverd — ook op Gratis. Het verschil is snelheid: op Gratis ontvang je ze gebundeld als dagelijkse digest, met Pro komen ze direct binnen zodat je binnen enkele minuten kunt reageren (wat de conversie sterk verhoogt).
Who can claim a gym?
Only the owner or a staff member of the gym. Every claim request is reviewed and manually approved by us before you can manage the profile — so visitors know the information comes from the gym itself.
What do I get with Pro+?
Pro+ is for gyms that want to win their city. On top of everything in Pro you get: a featured position in your city's search results, the market-position benchmark (your price, review score, response time and profile views compared with the other gyms in your city — also in your monthly report), unlimited team members, CSV export of all your leads, and priority support: your questions go to the top of our queue.
